Blair Witherington will be giving a presentation on the science of Florida beachcombing at Sanibel Island’s Ding Darling Education Center, located in the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge.
Blair’s presentation is part of a 12 part series of Thursday afternoon lectures sponsored by the Ding Darling Wildlife Society, a nonprofit group that helps support the refuge.
Blair and his wife Dawn Witherington are authors of one of my favorite books: Florida’s Living Beaches.
When: Thursday, January 29th at 1pm.
Cost: Free, but seating is limited.
