The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse was completed in 1887 after 3 years of construction. The lighthouse museum here at Lighthouse Point Park has done an incredible job of restoring and maintaining this historic structure and many of the original buildings at the lighthouse station. This really is a “must see” if you are in the Daytona Beach area. Climbing the stairs to the top of this 175 foot structure is great fun and I promise you the view is fabulous.
